Privacy Policy

How TextToAnimation handles accounts, animation data, sharing, AI processing, payments, and privacy requests.

Introduction

This policy explains how we process information when you use our animation workspace, website, and related services.

Account Information

We process your email address, Google account identifier, verification status, and account records when you sign in with Google. We also process country information associated with your account or request to apply regional eligibility rules for promotional credits and prevent abuse. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account, and manage credits and access.

Animation Data And Local Drafts

We store submitted prompts, refinement instructions, selected style, aspect ratio and duration, storyboards, generated animation and music code, version history, thumbnails, and generation status on our servers so you can return to your work. Exported MP4 files are uploaded and stored with your work; each version keeps its latest exported MP4. Usage and credit transaction records help us complete requests, resolve failures, and provide support.

Unsubmitted prompts and selected options may remain in local storage in your browser. Clearing site data removes that local draft; it does not delete animation records already stored in your account.

AI Processing And Safety Review

Before generation, your prompt is sent to a third-party AI model provider for safety review. Prompts, refinement instructions, and relevant existing storyboard or code context are also sent to third-party AI providers to generate or correct your requested animation. These providers process data under their own security and retention controls. We do not promise provider-side zero retention or no-training behavior.

Your works are private by default and are not automatically added to the public examples gallery. If you enable a sharing link, anyone with that link can access the shared animation and the associated storyboard, playback code, thumbnails, or exported video made available by the share page. A link can be forwarded; it is not an invitation restricted to named recipients.

You can turn off the link to stop further access through that link. This does not recall copies already saved by other people. Sharing pages are marked not to be indexed by search engines, but that instruction is not an access control. Public examples are separately published official examples. We process reports about shared content to investigate abuse and may disable access to reported content.

Storage And Retention

We retain prompts, storyboards, generated code versions, thumbnails, and the latest MP4 for each version as part of your workspace history. These records do not have a fixed automatic expiry period. Contact us to request deletion; the workspace does not currently offer a self-service work-deletion control.

Account, payment, credit, security, and support records may be retained as needed to operate the account, complete accepted requests, resolve transactions or disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. A deletion request cannot reverse processing already completed by an external AI provider.

PayPal Payments

PayPal processes payment details and recurring billing under its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment-card details. We retain records such as your selected pack or plan, order and subscription identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, credit grants, and refund or dispute records as needed for accounting, billing, fraud prevention, and support.

Analytics, Cookies, And Security Data

We use cookies or similar storage for authentication, session security, preferences, and checkout return flows. When enabled, Google Analytics processes page-view, usage, and device information to help us understand visits and reliability. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, and abuse-prevention signals. Browser and cookie controls may limit this collection.

Email Requests

Where the notification form is available, we collect the email address you submit, its source, and submission time. That form does not send your local animation draft or start generation. We retain notification-list information while needed for its stated purpose or until you request removal, subject to applicable requirements. If you contact support, we process your address and message to respond to your request.

Service Providers And Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, AI, payment, analytics, email, and security providers needed to operate the service. We may also disclose information when legally required or to investigate abuse and protect rights and safety.

Security And Your Choices

We use encrypted transport and access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, or removal from the notification list, by contacting us. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained. You can also clear local browser data and disable your sharing links.

Policy Changes And Contact

We may update this policy as the service changes and will show the revised date on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
