Terms for TextToAnimation accounts, AI animations, sharing, credits, PayPal payments, and subscriptions.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service And AI Outputs

TextToAnimation turns prompts into AI-generated animations with music. You can preview, refine, export, and return to saved versions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or visually inconsistent and require your review before use. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyrightability, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Accounts And Eligibility

Generation requires a signed-in Google account with a verified identity. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. Submit only an email address you control when using a notification form; joining a notification list does not start generation or grant credits.

Safe-For-Work Content And Acceptable Use

Use the service only for safe-for-work content. Do not submit prompts or create content involving adult or sexual material, sexualized minors, violence, real celebrities or public figures, or identifiable private individuals. Do not use it for impersonation, deepfakes, harassment, illegal activity, or infringement of third-party rights.

You are responsible for your prompts, refinement instructions, and use of the results, including the permissions required for any material you submit. Do not bypass safety checks, credit rules or usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. We may reject requests or suspend access for violations.

Your Content And Intellectual Property

You retain rights you hold in the prompts and other material you supply. We store and process that material to provide the service described here and in the Privacy Policy, including generation, refinement, storage, and sharing you enable. Subject to these terms and third-party rights, you may use the generated animations in your own creative work. These terms do not guarantee rights in AI-generated material that applicable law does not recognize or clear third-party rights for you.

The service, interface, brand, documentation, and related materials remain protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Works are private by default. You may enable an unlisted sharing link and turn it off later. Anyone who obtains an active link may view or save the material made available through it. Turning it off cannot recall copies already saved. User works are not automatically published as official examples.

Share pages provide a report option. We may investigate reports, disable sharing, or remove access to content that violates these terms or applicable law. Do not use sharing to distribute prohibited content or material you lack the right to share.

Credits And Generation Failures

Eligible new accounts may receive 30 promotional credits once, enough for one new animation. Regional restrictions and a daily signup allowance may prevent or delay the grant. A signup does not guarantee promotional credits.

Each new animation uses 30 credits, regardless of duration or aspect ratio. Each Refine request uses 10 credits. Credits are reserved for an accepted request and settled when it succeeds. If generation or refinement fails, including after an available automatic correction attempt, the affected credits are automatically released or returned to your balance once. Completed generation remains charged if you do not watch or use it. Returning credits to your balance is not a cash refund.

Subscription credits are issued monthly, are valid for that monthly period, and do not roll over. Yearly subscriptions are billed yearly but still issue their allowance monthly. One-time credit packs provide permanent credits that do not expire. Subscription credits are used before permanent credits, including promotional credits, subject to the daily free-use rules below.

Daily Free-Use Limits

Use of promotional credits is subject to a shared daily free-use allowance, measured by UTC day. When that allowance is exhausted, promotional credits may be unavailable for the rest of the day. Eligible paid credits can still be used; this free-use limit does not apply to paid credits. If you only have promotional credits available, you may need to wait until the next UTC day or purchase credits. The daily signup allowance and the daily free-use allowance are separate limits.

PayPal Payments And Subscriptions

PayPal processes credit-pack purchases and recurring subscriptions. Review the price, currency, billing interval, and total charge shown at checkout before approving payment. By subscribing, you authorize the displayed recurring charge until you cancel renewal. Annual plans are charged for the full yearly term, not as monthly payments.

You can cancel future renewal through your subscription dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid term; a paid yearly term retains its monthly credit refills until that term ends. Unused monthly subscription credits still expire according to their monthly period. Permanent pack credits are unaffected by cancellation.

Payment Refunds

Generation failures restore the affected credits as described above. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Contact us about billing errors or payment questions.

Availability And Termination

The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or browser; video export requires a supported browser. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about your retained information.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.

TextToAnimation is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Opus are trademarks of Anthropic.
